Rates and Policies

Standard (2+ business days): $.50 per page

Rush (1-2 business days): $.75 per page

Expedited (12-24 hours): $.95 per page

Same Day (less than 12 hours): $1.10 per page

Turnaround time is counted from e-mail confirmation of receipt and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. For jobs received after 5:00 P.M. Central Time, turnaround time will be calculated from 8:00 A.M. Central Time the following day.

An additional charge may be applied to transcripts with very frequent errors, as these require more time to ensure the highest standards of quality. I will know soon after beginning a job if additional charges may apply, and will communicate with you before proceeding.

Payment policy

For first-time clients, an invoice will be sent upon completion of the job and is payable upon receipt. Payment for the first job must be received before future jobs will be accepted.

For established clients, invoices will be sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.

Workflow

I annotate PDF files and return a file that contains only the pages with annotations. Annotations will be marked in red with yellow highlighter. If you have other preferences, I am open to adjustments if I am confident that I can return excellent results in the necessary timeframe.

Please send fully scoped transcripts in PDF format (not ASCII or .txt files). If you don’t have a PDF printer function installed yet, there is a free one at www.CutePDF.com that will work with your software.
